The Kelburne Hockey Club application for a community asset transfer (CAT) of Ralston Sports Centre is on hold because it has to be legally ratified as a valid application. If it is validated then we, the local community, will be encouraged to offer our views on the application as part of the formal CAT process. The community council will keep you informed of what we need to do and when we need to do it. Please check here for the next update.

Renfrewshire Council has commissioned a survey to help it understand the requirements and aspirations of communities which may be supported by the new Grammar School campus. To support it in providing a facility to meet the needs of the wider community, the council asks you to complete the survey questionnaire.

Ralston Councillor Neill Graham has circulated a letter about the future of Ralston Community Sports Centre.

Two meetings have recently been held about the future of Ralston Community Sports Centre, in particular about Kelburne Hockey Club’s application for a community asset transfer (CAT) of the centre to it.

The first meeting was an online event held by Kelburne Hockey Club on 30 September 2021 and the second a public meeting held by Ralston Community Council on 4 October 2021.

Two documents relating to these meetings are now available on the website. The first contains a list of questions that were raised at the Kelburne meeting and the answers that were given. The second contains notes on the Ralston Community Council meeting.
