Plans have been approved by Renfrewshire Council which could safeguard the future of one of Paisley’s best loved buildings, Thomas Coats Memorial Church. The project would see the church transformed into a world class events and entertainment venue to be used for arts performances, concerts and weddings as well as a range of community activities.

Coats Memorial Preservation Trust (CMPT) is aiming to raise the sum of £1.5 million over a 100-day campaign to fund the conversion works.

One way you can contribute is to Buy a brick for £100. Your brick will be mounted on the wall of fame within the building. The bricks are hand made from the pews by the pupils of Castlehead High School and will be engraved with your name and a short message.
